As an Independent Agency, we represent several fine companies that provide Bowling Insurance Products
Product Enhancements Featured for 2013
- Mechanical
Breakdown of air conditioning systems, pin spotters, modern office
equipment, refrigeration systems, and phone systems are now included
under our mechanical breakdown package.
- Our product
also features crime coverage that provides $2500 coverage both
on and off premises for wrongful abstraction of money. This includes
robbery, money in transit to the bank, money in video machines
or change machines, or money stolen from the control counter,
office, deposit bags, or safe. The deductible is $250. Our Agreed Amount
Endorsement eliminates the worry of co-insurance penalties. Supplemental
coverages specific to the Bowling Industry are found on our forms. Ordinance
and Law Coverage, coverage for backup of sewer and water and spoilage help round
out the coverage package.
- Our Bowling
Center Policy now includes coverage for lost income and extra
expense suffered after a covered loss. This INCLUDES loss of net
profit, wages if desired, ongoing bills like taxes and mortgage
payments, and extra expense necessary to become operational again
or to minimize the loss.
- Our General
Liability Policy features coverage with limits of $1,000,000 per
occurrence and $2,000,000 per aggregate (policy year), with broad
coverage automatically included.
- Liquor Legal
Liability Coverage is available and the premium is based on your
alcohol sales. This coverage responds to 3rd parties that allege
injuries caused by a person who had been drinking on your premises,
or for injuries to the allegedly intoxicated person after he has
left your premises. Losses in this area can be severe, and many
companies prefer not to provide this coverage.
- Business
auto coverage, including coverage for non-owned autos help round
out your package coverage and reduce "gaps" in coverage.
Workers Compensation coverage is provided through our safety group
or other avenues to protect against claims arising from injuries
to your employees.
- Excess Liability
or Umbrella Liability Coverage may be provided for additional
protection over your general liability, automobile liability,
and workers compensation policies. We are concerned because the
carriers are refusing to include excess Liquor Legal Liability
in the Umbrella. We feel this is a significant problem and are
seeking ways to close this gap in coverage.
- The Texas
Bowling Centers Association, North Pointe Insurance Company and
Bill Taylor & Associates provide Bowling Centers with Safety
Manuals that will assist in managing losses for General Liability,
Workers Compensation, Business Auto, and Liquor Legal Liability.
